Crafting the Eclectic Pagan

NOTE: Below are simply my musings and what I think you should consider as an eclectic Pagan. Options are not limited to those listed.

For many people, such as myself, not all of the set "rules" or beliefs of specific religions sit well, after all, you can't force yourself to believe something (or at least I can't!), and so you end up with the "Eclectics".
This is someone who goes by "pick and choose", selecting different beliefs from various religions to combine into their own set of beliefs.
Paganism is not the only sort with such people either. There are eclectic Christian's and such as well.
Many people are against this because they see it as "inventing new religions", in which case we would end up with thousands of different religions; however, each to their own, and it is no ones fault if they believe in the Christian god except with reincarnation or Wiccan beliefs with shaman practices.

This page is devoted to explaining and taking you through the process of 'crafting' your own beliefs if a single religion does not have the right combination for you.
This is not inventing wild and crazy statements (such as that of the Flying Spaghetti Monster of the Pastafarians, if you've heard of it), but simpley selecting the core basis of a religion.

Now, it is possible I suppose to be an Eclectic Religionist (?) but seen the point here is Eclectic PAGAN, keep in mind the core of each type of religion that falls under "Pagan", as beleiving in something completely off the map will throw you out of this category. If you do not know the cores of multiple Pagan religions, then I don't think you should be looking at this option just yet - I highly recommend you first research other options to see if anything slides home.
NOTE: below, I will underline the options that fit my personal belief.

Please Note that these are not all possible beliefs, but merely a small list of common beleifs.
